2019 Reunion News:

In the last 5 years, we did complete seeing all MLB stadiums, including both the old and new Yankee Stadium. The four of us decided it was a great way to see different parts of the US, something we probably would not have done.

We still make an annual trek to spring training In Arizona every March although we don't sit on the berm any more!

Travel plans include the Inside Passage (packing now) and another trip to see my sister Betty in Alaska in June 2020.

We continue to beat up I-5 between our home on the beautiful North Umpqua River and our condo in the Portland area.

I still jump off Little Falls and greet the New Year.

2014 Reunion News:

In the last 50 years since high school, I have worked for a variety of community organizations such as school boards, hospital boards, fund drives, recreation committees, etc.

I have worked as a substitute teacher, waitress, Deli manager, co-owned a wallpaper hanging business and as an insurance agent.

I retired in December of 2012 and now keep busy with two organizations on the beautiful North Umpqua River, The Steamboaters and The North Umpqua Foundation and I am on the board of the Glide Wildflower Show, the longest running wildflower show in the Pacific Northwest.

We have a home on the North Umpqua and a small condo in the Portland area where our kids and grands are so there are times when we beat up I-5 pretty good depending on what is going on where.

I continue to flyfish with Pat, garden, sew and we will be headed back to Spring Training this year after taking each of our grands on their own trip to Washington D.C. during their spring break.

I annually jump off the cliff at Little Falls (20ft) and greet the New Year at midnight and plan to do so as long as I am able.

Four years ago, we started traveling in September to major league ballparks with another couple and are half way through - so, if I am not at the reunion, I will be at a ballpark somewhere having a dog and a beer.

2004 Reunion News:

Past highlights: Grandkids-Henry, Ruby, Callan, Logan. Going to Spring Training in Arizona every March. Buying a cabin on the N Umpqua River in Oregon. President of the Oregon State Chapter of the P.E.O. Learning to speycast (fly fishing).

Future Plans: Retire, travel, go bone fishing, watch the grandkids grow up.

Major highlights of the last 10 years: Having an employed college graduate, our daughter, and having only one year left for Grady at OSU, being elected to the PEO State Board, chair of high school board and unifying three districts. Being healthy.
