Dennis Edward Heese, 58, Lewiston
He was born Feb. 13, 1945, to Edward Heese and Mildred Damman-Heese in Lewiston. He attended schools in Lewiston, graduating from Lewiston High School in 1964.
He was an aircraft mechanic and security policeman in the U.S. Air Force for 12 years and was stationed in Turkey, Germany and the United States.
He married Sandra Jeanne Brinkley July 10, 1967, while stationed in Germany. They divorced in 1977. After leaving the Air Force, he worked for the city of Lewiston and St. Joseph's Hospital before becoming self employed until his retirement in June 2002.
He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Lewiston.
Dennis is survived by his parents, Edward and Mildred Heese of Culdesac; his daughter and son-in-law, Margaret Ann and Jack Ready of Lewiston; his son and daughter-in-law, Marc Jon and Trini Heese of Spokane; granddaughters Veronica Jeanne Ready of Lewiston and Danette Baker of Moscow; grandsons Michael, Jonathon, Joshua and Matthew Heese, all of Spokane; and his sister, Marlene Valliant of Culdesac.
A memorial service will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday at his daughter Margaret's home, 3717 19th St. in the Lewiston Orchards.
