Plans or goals for the next 10 years: Regain vocabulary and communication skills lost due to brain hemorrhage in 1988. Major highlights of the last 10 years: I suffered a cerebral hemorrhage in 1988 and was given a 10 percent chance to live. I have since regained nearly all mechanical skills and am slowly regaining communication skills. In 1991 I became a born again Christian and along with my husband have become very active in church work at Orchards Baptist Church in Lewiston. I married Mark in January 1965. The Navy sent him to Viet Nam and I became a beautician. We moved to Monterey CA in 1967, then to Hawaii for 5 years, back to Monterey, we then spent 4 years in Yokosuka Japan with vacations to the Philippine Islands and Hong Kong (my favorite city), Korea, etc. We are now in San Diego awaiting our move to China Lake CA. Our oldest daughter graduated from Chula Vista High in June. My hobbies are all the arts and crafts with needle crafts and stained glass my favorites. I also teach swimming every summer.
