Patricia Jane (Clarke) Eickhoff, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away Saturday, Feb. 19, 2022, at the age of 75.

Born April 27, 1946, Patricia (affectionately known as Patty) was an artist and lover of nature and the outdoors. She loved to camp and fish whenever she got a chance and always had a joke or limerick to share.

Patty is survived by her husband and dance partner of 22 years, Donald Eickhoff; her children, Patrease Estelle, Bryan (Abigail) Eberhardt and Heather (David) Taylor; and numerous grandkids and great-grandkids.

She will be deeply missed by those who loved her.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the St. Joseph’s comfort care nurses, Amy, Shayne, Julie, Holly and so many others. Per her wishes, no services will be held. A celebration of life will be held later in the year.

2014 Reunion News: So you want to know what has happened since graduation. Well, if you really care, here goes: The best part of the last 50 years is that I was blessed with 3 children and one step child who then gave me 7 grandchildren who then gave me 2 great-grandchildren. I have lived in Arkansas, Louisiana, Germany, Texas, Washington and Idaho. I have traveled to and through Montana, Washington, Oregon, California, Arizona, North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Illinois, Minnesota, Virginia, Wyoming, Utah, Hawaii, Nevada and Mexico. Sorry if I forget any states. Work related past consists of go-go dancer (when I was young and stupid), dance partner for Arthur Murray dance studio, bartender, food and cocktail waitress, legal, medical and dental secretary, bookkeeper, business owner, general manager of a restaurant and hotel, bounty hunter, auction clerk, investigator for federal bankruptcy court, apartment manager and care giver both personal and professional. 1998 I met and married my current husband and have done some western dance instruction with him. In 2000, had to quit my job, sold my home and moved into an RV on the property that I grew up on to take care of my parents until they passed. Still here on the place and enjoying my 3 grand children that now live in the home with their father, oh wait, for a minute there I thought I was writing my obit. Hoping that won't be necessary for a few more years.

2004 Reunion News:

Past highlights: Sold business in Moscow-Retired from office management in Pullman and returned to the valley 6 years ago. Have taught western dance lessons with my husband and watched the grandchildren grow.

Future Plans: Travel and teach dance in the Northwest.
