July 21,2019 Update:

Pat and I were married in September of last year. Today we are celebrating our 5th anniversary at Lapalapa Restaurant in Costa Rica,and the first anniversary of our new beach restaurant Cameron Dorado, Brasilito beach, Guanacaste,Costa Rica

2016 Update:

Just wanted to drop a line to let my fellow classmates know that Pat and I are moving to Tamarindo, Costa Rica in May 2016.

Pat and I bought a restaurant on the beach in Tamarindo,July 2014.

If fellow classmates should want to do a mini reunion in Costa Rica, Pat and I could help facilitate that.

2014 Reunion News: Graduated from U of I 1972. Worked in the food industry until 1980. Retired for decade, then became self-employed in 1990 owning 2 mail box stores, a deli. Started a wine shop in 1990, and then Pat and I started a bistro and jazz club a few years later. Also own a laundromat.

Pat and I have been going to Costa Rica for the last three years and have enjoyed it. We are beginning to divest and may retire or who knows (how about a bistro in Costa Rica).
