After I graduated from High School, I attended LCSC and majored in Elementary Education. I met Leonard and we were married on June 8 1968. We went to Burns OR to teach the following year. I taught 1st grade there. That summer, 1969, we took a trip to Europe. We went on a teacher tour of 10 countries. In Nov 1968 we took a foster boy into our home and he has been with us ever since. In 1971 we moved to Orofino where we are both teaching. We have bought a home and now have a 7 month old boy. We are rock hounds and enjoy going out in our camper. We both make jewelry out of the rocks that we find or buy at various rock shops.
